Shipping & Deliveries
I just placed an order, when will i receive it ?
Upon placing your order, it will take 1 to 3 business days for your package to ship.
Average shipment periods are between 10 & 21 days, but might take a bit longer for certain countries.
Note: Due to the international COVID-19 crisis, prepare for shipment delays. This, again, will depend on your country.

How much does shipping cost ?
There are no requirements to qualify for our standard delivery option, which is free of charge !
(There are a rare exceptions depending on your country, and that information is available at checkout)
I did not receive all of the items in my order
If your order included several items, it is possible that they were packed and sent separately,
as our available inventory gets distributed from two different shipping warehouses. (Osaka,Japan & Hong Kong) So, there is no need to worry ! Your package will arrive shortly.

I haven’t received my order
A problem with your local postal service ? Package lost, broken, destroyed ?
With our secure delivery, Kawaii Faces Universe takes care of the disputes for you !
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don't blame the carrier by letting you "fend for yourself".
We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Damaged product or incorrect item ?
Please inspect your package once you receive it.
In the rare case there is a damaged item, a missing item, or an incorrect item in your package, we require that you contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
If no attempt to contact us is made, regarding the damaged/missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received. We are really sorry for the inconvenience.
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order ?
Yes, it is possible to cancel your order ! However, if the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

Can I modify my order ?
Yes, it is possible to modify your order, just as long as your order is still "in process".
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now ?
If you have misspelled, or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm.
Once you can confirm that the given information is incorrect, kindly notify us via email at: contact@kawaii-faces.com
When an address is entered incorrectly, we can modify it for you, so long as we are notified within 24 hours. Refunds will no longer be available after 24 hours following the input mistake. Thank you.
The clothing I received doesn't fit
All our textile product descriptions are accompanied by a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience for our friendly customers.
From then on, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small/large.
Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can cause great frustration.

Can I use more than one discount code for my order ?
No, sorry. We only accept one discount code per order (the only exception being that of a special case)
I have an import tax to pay ?
